31 Stat. 323 section 641 of title 18“The District Court of the Territory of Alaska shall be deemed a court of the United States, and the commissioners appointed by the judges of the said District Court of the Territory of Alaska under the provisions of title I, chapter 1, section 6, of the act of (, 324 [sections 104 and 108 of this title]), shall be deemed commissioners of a United States court, within the intent and meaning of this section [former ].”
